Offline update/installation

I live in a rural area. My only high speed bandwidth is 4G wireless (as in, mobile network) which is extremely expensive.

I have two unreal engine development environments, the launcher, and ut4 installed on my laptop. I would like to copy these to my home computer and install them without incurring the expense of a huge download.

Moving forward, I would like to download any updates onto my laptop (using internet at my office, which is free) and transferring the updates to my home computer to avoid big bandwidth charges.

Laptop and home computer have different disk layouts. I could install the launcher onto my c: drive at home, but any content of significant size will be on a different drive than on my laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

get a 64GB pendrive and install the engine in it along with the launcher best for U and I am not joking/mocking at U. until U have a good connection i would recommend this method. i think a portable device installation is possible .
