[Cubemaps] Panner-like command for cubemaps?

Hi guys,

is there a function similar to PANNER to make a cubemap rotate pseudo-spherical via a shader in the material manager? Unfortunately a Rotater in BP won’t do, I need it to work with static meshes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
