Build error windows 64 .exe 4.13.2

When i try to build my project to a windows 64 build it fails to build. can anyone help me why?

The error in your log indicates:

Windows SDK v8.1 must be installed in order to build this target.

Make sure you have Visual Studio 2015 installed and this component installed correctly. Some users have had to re-install VS2015. Let me know if this does not resolve your issue.
