Resolution-Scaling now behaves differently in Editor to Packaged Game

We have simple scalability settings in our project, where the user can change the resolution scaling etc via a graphics options menu. This worked perfectly in both Editor and Packaged game in 4.12.

When we moved to 4.14 however, the resolution scale value now seems to range from 100 > 10 in editor, while ranging from 0.1 > 1 in packaged game. The Window mode is also always displayed as ‘Windowed’, regardless of the editors actual window mode.

In order to effectively troubleshoot this issue, I am going to need some more information. More specifically, I am not sure how you are implementing the Resolution Scale via UMG i.e this could be a slider or a preset like Low, Medium, High, or Epic.

Can you provide me with steps, screenshots, or a minimal project with this issue occurring?
