How to run a standalone game for steam VR in 4.13.2

As my question suggest i want to run a standalone version of my project in steamVR vive so far i can launch it inside the editor using the VR preview but to make it work on vive as a standalone proves to be problematic i read something about ((stereo on)) and -fullscreen console command and some ue4commandline.txt modifications but couldn’t understand any of that so someone please make it a simple step by step explanation because i think its a simple and basic feature so the answer should be simple as well…

With 4.13 my steamvr packaged compatibility seems to have broken as well.

Was working fine in 4.12 but broke with 4.13 and it persists in 4.14.

Did something change with initialization, or is the openvr sdk out of date?

I have the same problem. Please, someone answer this ASAP.
