Forward Shading causes freezes in viewport UI when running multiple editors instances

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to post a bug but I figured it would be a good start.

I noticed since switching to 4.14 and using the Forward Shading that the editor screen appears to freeze when using multiple instances of the editor at once. The UI in the editor works but if you try to pan around the 3d view nothing happens. You can only view what was there last prior to opening the second instance of the editor. Is this happening to anyone else?

This can be fixed by switching back to the default rendering method. I’m using the Forward Shading for VR development though. Hopefully this is an issue that will be patched in the future.

I’m using Nvidia 373.06 with EVGA GTX 1080SC for my graphics card, running Windows 8.1

Edit: I did notice that if you can run two instances of the forward render side by side. So definitely seems to be related to using the forward shading.
