UE 4.13.2 Plugin OnlineSubsystem Failed to Load on Engine Startup

I just installed a plugin in order to try to create some mysql connections and now when i start the project it gives me an error

I Press no and then

Can someone help me? Is it my fault or the plugin’s fault?
