Setting up two versions of a room

Hello,

I have a map with several rooms, however I need to show two versions of one room.
I’ve set up a blueprint for switching the disposition (some walls, carpets, chairs, etc.) and everything works fine, except for the lighting, since I’ve disable cast static shadows so the two versions don’t interfere with the rest and themselves.

What’s the best solution for that kind of setup? Is there one with baked lighting, so that the two versions get baked for themselves, including static shadows, etc. ? Note that, apart from the switching room,everything is static in the scene.
