Emitters spawned SpawnEmitterAtLocation are not visible in Blueprint Preview window

See examples above. The emitter spawned with SpawnEmitterAttached will be visible in the preview window (with simulation activated) but the one spawned with SpawnEmitterAtLocation will not.

Placing this actor in the world will spawn both emitters correctly.

I was able to reproduce this issue on my end and have created a bug report here: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-35717)
