Sticky bloom on Vive

Hi. I am having an issue with Vive and bloom. It makes a glow appear and stick to the screen, regardless of where I watch.
Chaning r.bloom.cross to a positive value helps but does not remove the issue entirely.

I tried both in editor and in packaged build.

Fixed. Had to set hardware clear on in the rendering settings. Credits: vblanco from unrealslackers.
