Is it possible to locally scale multiple objects at a time?

The title of the topic should be self explanatory but here is an exemple in 3ds Max.

Would also really like this. It’s a fundamentally missing feature for level design.

Example scenario: I have placed out dozens of static meshes at different scales. I would like to select all of them and scale them down ~20% in their local space (not as a group). As far as I can tell this is not possible. My only option is to individually select each object and scale down one at a time. Very tedious.

If we’ve missed an obvious way to do this, please let us know!
