Packaged Game Crashes due to D3D device being lost.

We just recently started sending out beta builds of our game (on Steam - I can send keys to Epic staff on request to test this issue!) - and boy am I glad we did.

Everybody we send it to is complaining about a crash that occurs fairly regularly, which is due to the D3D device being lost. I have attached logs that show this occuring multiple time on a friends computer. We are sending out ‘DebugGame’ builds to our beta testers at the moment to get more verbose logging, but we don’t get much!

IF EPIC STAFF WANT BETA KEYS TO VERIFY / TEST THE ISSUE IN A DEBUGGAME BUILD, I CAN GIVE THEM! - PLEASE PM ME ON FORUMS!

One of those logs also has the fateful ‘Fatal Error!’ crash as well, which gives absolutely zero diagnostic information whatsoever!

Sadly, we do not offer support for shipped games. If you are able to reproduce the issue in the editor or on a development build, we can continue to investigate, but other than that we are unable to take any further action at this time.
