How can I make a sound played at a fixed single location?

I want a sound effect that at different places the sound we heard is different from each other, namely the sound is near or far, etc.

You can create a SoundCue asset and use CrossfadeDistance node as described here https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/Audio/SoundCues/NodeReference/index.html#crossfadebydistancenode
