Nothing seems to happen in that video at 2:20, did you mean 3:20? This is due to the graphics driver crashing which can be for a multitude of reasons. Have you been able to reproduce this yourself? Does it only happen in the released game or does it also happen while in the editor? What driver version is this occurring on?
If you’re not able to reproduce the issue, you may need to get logs from the people who are experiencing this issue, have them tell you what kind of hardware they’re using, and what driver version they’re on.
