I know this is probably a small problem, and i might sound like a stupid person. So i make a lot of 3d assets (FBX) and ofcurse i make textures for them. so i import my 3D asset into UE4, then I import the texture,then i create the material, but when i put the material on the model its just 1 color. for an example - i have a 3D Rock, and i make a gray rock texture and when i apply it its just gray, it works ok in some of the models, but most of them are just a 1 color instead of a rock material i made. Heya Imanta, do you unwrap your 3d models in your 3d program of choice? You cannot expect that textures are magically perfectly applied to your mesh.
can you show us your uv maps, your material setup, and any other images you find might help us solve the problem.
