Huawei Mate 9 problem. Vulkan Package Crashed. ES2 not render correctly.

Hi, I tried to package my project to HUAWEI MATE 9 using Vulkan, installed successfully but when open game crashed after splashscreen. Try to use android device monitor but couldn’t capture any log. please advise…

And tried on packaging to ES2 successfully launched but it doesn’t render correctly as well as compare to S7 Edge ES2. Is the graphic processor not yet supported or? I believe gpu is -G71. I checked the log it uses android mid profile…all the texture seems mess up. And huawei when launch game the navigation bar has taken up some screen.size and doesn’t render correctly.

Should I create a new device profile for this device or? How is device profile actually works? Select profile based on gpu or?

In order to better assist you, I’m going to need for you to provide me the logs from your mobile device.

  • Attach your phone to the computer
  • Go here: C:\android-sdk-windows\tools
  • Open up Monitor.bat
  • Launch the program and save the logs

If you cannot get Monitor.bat to open, please go to:

  • C:\android-sdk-windows\tools\lib\monitor-x86
  • Open up Monitor.exe
  • Follow the instructions above

Make sure that you highlight all of the logs, because they do not save unless they’re highlighted.

Hi. Sorry didn’t come back to you. I didn’t grab the log yet but I think it may cause of not recognize of the new -G71 GPU in Huawei Mate 9 and use other device profile. As for the Navigation Key to hide it, I’ve found the option in project settings to hide it.
