Using Sketch Up Fbx import (No material & Collisions Don't Work)

Hi guys,
I’ve just created a very basic room using sketch up, with 3 materials. Now when I import it to unreal I none of the materials work they end up being a sample color of the material rather than the image. So I then tried editing the materials and adding the images in that way and still no joy. My other issue was I set it up when imported to auto generate the collisions and for some reason all it has done is created a cube for the h, w, d rather than each polygon.

Can someone clear up where I’m going wrong here?

All Materials are set up and are coming through as a plain sample color.
