Anyone know what's up with these light banding / black streak artifacts?

Please see screenshot.

I’ve tried a variety of light settings, light intensity is turned up quite high currently and the light map resolution is set to 512. I’ve tried inverse falloff and disabling inverse falloff. It’s lit by point lights.

The mesh is using complex collision as simple in case that effects anything.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

EDIT: I added the second screenshot showing what it looks like in the editor. I’m noticing there’s an X through the light itself, but “Build” does not make it go away? The first screenshot is from a packaged app.

the answer seems to be “set Shadow Bias higher in your point lights” as per 6.1 - Shadow Bias | Unreal Engine Documentation
