A particle system that doesn't get affected by the x, y, z of level

I made a particle that would move and take the route of a half circle before disappearing. However, this will only work if the particle starts from a certain position. if the particle is rotated for example this will change. I know that the parameters that I set for the particle are related to its location but I would like to know if there is a way to make its action constant no matter the rotation.

It shouldnt matter at all if you dont have local space enabled.
but since you havent shared any videos or screenshots of the particle and the modules related to it, all we can do is guess.
