I have downloaded a zen garden project from marketplace and tried to launch it out of the box. I have the following result:

Do you only experience this issue with the Zen Garden project? If so please direct your questions to the creator of that asset pack. That way the seller can provide assistance with content that he made. I would also recommend contacting marketplace support if that doesn’t seem to go anywhere.
