Leniency on Marketplace Texture Density Guideline

Hello! I’m posting this here because I couldn’t find another place to, or find a good contact point for the marketplace people. So I hope this is the right spot.

But my question is how lenient are the moderators of the marketplace when it comes to the guideline of this in particular: “Assets should be UV mapped so that 1 texture tile covers 1m in the game world to maintain a consistent texture density.” Because thinking about that, making architecture type assets like walls and floors following this would make them tile a little too much in my opinion. Plus the marketplace assets I bought don’t follow this rule at all. So I’m just trying to get some feedback on how much this is enforced because I’m in the planning stage of creating an environment pack and I don’t want to have to redo the UV’s.

Thanks for any help offered!

Average rule of thumb is 1024x1024 per 1 meter.

there is some leniency, as long as stuff doesn’t look stretched, squished, or has very very odd texture densities.

Ok. Thanks for the help.
