What is the effect that gives the appearance like you're looking through a glass helmet or HUD?

This effect is noticeable on the Infiltrator Demo and also Elemental Demo. I already successfully disabled the LensFlare effect from both by turning them off in the Unreal Engine/Config/Scalable settings ini but I also want to turn off this effect. I want to see both demos with perfect clarity without any “layer” of those effects setting in they are somewhat distracting in VR. Please help thanks. These efffects very much resemble lens flare but are more isolated and static not continuous and angle changing like lens flare is.

You can remove it from post processing settings but then again, if you want to see the level without effects, just remove postprocessing altogether. It will look way different on Infiltrator though as it does heavy color grading at least on outside scene.
