I am not sure if I am right understand your payment terms. If I want to sold my house project I must pay? And how much? I pay you for each project?

Architecture uses are typically royalty free (and all uses under the EULA are license fee free). If you are making a custom work-for-hire architecture visualization for a client - it is royalty free. If you are making a product to be sold to the general public, like on iTunes, it’s subject to a royalty.

Yes you should include credits. You should notify Epic if the visualization will be delivered to the public. If it’s internal-only, you don’t have to notify us.

Thanks atypic! Our client may use the visualization at an exhibition to demonstrate his products. For this case, I will notify Epic and include the credits right?

If it’s just internal, I guess the credits don’t matter. But I would consider an exhibition like you describe to qualify as something requiring credits and notification of Epic.
