Prevent Distant lights from flickering

Hello, is there a way to keep distant lights crisp ? At the moment I have a distant city and i’m lighting it with a standard Windows texture, emissive in alpha channel controlling the strength of the lights . everything looks good from up close but when you go real far from the mesh, the window lights start to flicker. I’m guessing because of mips or AA. Is there a way to prevent this ?
