Reimporting animation segment, imports entire animation

When you import animations with a beginning and end frame assigned, and then re-import this animation segment, it reimports the entire animation, discarding the start and end frame, using 4.14.1.

Fix: Tick under Import Settings: Animation Length to Set Range.

This should be ticked automatically according to the original import setting.
