reflections not moving with camera

Hi, I have asked a similar question before but im going to try again because I think my first one did not make sense.

Reflections dont follow the play or camera when in play mode using an orthographic camera.

The cube map reflections also dont display correctly either. Any ideas?

As you can see when the play moves to the left, the reflections stay put and dont move with the player like they should do and will do with a normal perspective camera.

If this is a limitation of the unreal 4 engine then please let me know too so I can move on from this.
