I started downloading Unreal Engine yesterday and with no problem it completed up to 69% of the download. As soon as it hit 70% the download speed remains the same but it won’t really download anything. The download size keeps changing. At one point it would say 711mb then 710 and then within a second back to 711 mb. I tried restarting the launcher as well as my PC, it resumes the download from 69% which works fine until its 70%, the progress goes nowhere after that.
As of the time I am writing this down, the download left fluctuates between 682-683mb and sometimes 684mb.
