Sequencer does not work - Camera recording object bound to track is missing (and all other actors)

Hey fellas

Here with some issues regarding the Sequencer.

Whenever we record in-game with it, it all plays nicely and the preview works well. However, when I put it to render movie, all actors in it (including the camera created for it -created from the sequencer tab>add camera and make current) disappear and tell me that the objects bound to the tracks are not found, thus in nothing happening and giving me a list of errors when playing…

But I do not think that it related (or at least, afaik). Has anyone ran into this?

The funny thing is that if I create the sequencer from scratch, add a camera (and even actors, as long as it’s not Play-In-Editor) and render it all works out fine.

Yes and no, not really. We are using a possessed pawn and the actors that were saved get spawned in real time and destroyed in realtime so that wouldn’t be possible to solve the issue.

I mean I could you do it as a preview from the viewport in full resolution and record that but export the rendering would be better.

Any other ideas?

Actually, it doesn’t solve my issue…

The thing is that the camera which i’m recording is what is disappearing… The sequencer does not activate the camera that appears active in the sequencer window.

Can you try upgrading a copy of your project to 4.14 to see if this still occurs? There have been A LOT of fixes and changes since 4.12.

Hey guys,
How can I readjust camera aim after keying it within the Sequencer?
I animated my cinematic camera within level sequencer but now have to readjust the translation and rotation onto another direction.
Within maya it’s possible to adjust the aim of objects whilst preserving their animation within the dope sheet and graph editor.
Is it possible to save my animation but just change the rotation& translation values?

I found that if you right-click on the camera name that is in red, then choose the camera under Assign Actor it adds/finds the camera actor. Then delete the Camera Cuts Track and re-create it and add the cameras back to the cut track. This worked for me just fine.
