How to Prevent Particle Facing Camera from Rotating ?

Hi,

I’ve created a procedural noise shader that I then applied to a particle system. I then used for screen alignment the PSA Facing Camera Position since it doesn’t show the rotation of the particle as much as the PSA Square. The effect looks great in most situation however when I pan the camera to the left or right the particles rotate so my question is how can I prevent this behavior form happening ?
