No Bones in the Skeleton Tree

Not sure how to report things for Master branch so here I go.

Fixed some crashes of the Persona related editors and when testing out I noticed that the Bones are not listed in the Skeletal Tree(Left panel). The bones are available for editing if you select them in the viewport(see screenshot - sorry for the quality, did not let the shaders finish compiling).

Tested on a brand new project with the First person Mannequin by opening the Mannequin Skeleton.

Just a side note to be able to test this on Linux you probably need the patch https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/pull/3037 otherwise the editor crashes on opening the Skeleton Editor.
