Corrupted form of Apex cloth when importing in Unreal 4

Hello . I lost many ours searching this problem and i can’t find what’s Rong. I export a flag from 3ds max to unreal4 exactly like all tutorials… When i import the apx file it shows up like this = > (see the pictures)

(i have the latest Nvidia physx updates for 3dsmax2016.64bit
graphics card is all show up to date )

I am searching this issue for days and i find that the unreal 4.14 has the problem. On 4.13 it works well

Needs to be fixed. There are many people out there that have the same problem, with different ways…no matter what you do you will not get what you wont on 4.14 unreal apex cloth .
