[Repro Steps]
No idea if this has anything to do with the errors - I did so many things before the error happened, including deleting landscape components and generating a glitch landscape.

Convert an old OBJ to a new FBX using Autodesk’s standalone FBX converter.
Import a bad FBX that generates 47 skeletal mesh assets and 47 skeleton assets instead of 1 each, because you used the Embed Media option.
Delete them all.
Try again without the Embed Media option. SUCCESS!
Import Skeletal Mesh from FBX.
Play with the PhAT on it.
Place the Skeletal Mesh in the level.
Import Static Mesh from FBX.
Create new Materials.
Assign these two materials to the static mesh.
Place the static mesh in the level.

Exit Rocket - Save all assets.

[Results]
Error popup about BasicAsset_0 comes up repeatedly when you click “Continue”. When you finally get past it.
After skipping past all the errors, see attached screenshot for final error after exiting.

[Expected]
All assets to save and Rocket to exit without errors.

Oh no! Now I can’t use Rocket anymore!
After I exited under those terrible circumstances, then Rocket now launches but doesn’t open any Editor window, and seems to not load any assets.

All it does is show the splash banner, “Compiling Shaders…” and then nothing. There are no windows, just the taskbar icon.

Maybe I can fix it by switching the ini file to a different project than the one it crashed on…

Well, That workaround allows me to use Rocket again, as long as I don’t open that project. I guess it’s permanently corrupted or something. I wish I could get back in there so I can replicate the process for BUG treatment.
But since I can’t, and attaching the project files goes well over the 10.5MB limit, I will wait for an answer on how to proceed.

Hi Aaron,

Thank you for this information. I have entered a report to our database about this issue. We are also working on getting an answer to you for how to fix this problem for now. Thank you for your patience in the matter.
