How can I make this look great again? The texture bugs alot, the picture is HQ and really cool, but when I transform it on the material it looks horrible (in the first photo the damagings of the wood are just at the same place everytime, thats the problem there)
Can anyone help me?

You should keep in mind obvious tiling patterns when authoring the texture. Alternatively you can take a look at texture bombing material function,

The texture isnt seamless, and you dont have a understanding of PBR yet.
