?listen map crash

I have this in my Default Engine.ini because without it, I am unable to create sessions. I’m trying to allow my game to access Steam using the Steam Online Subsystem plugin, but when it is enabled, the player is unable to open a ?listen map. Works perfectly without the OnlineSubsystemSteam plugin enabled; so why does it not work when it is enabled? What needs to change with what I have in my DefaultEngine.ini to allow the game to use the Steam integration and create and join sessions using listen maps? In case it makes a difference, I am creating the session using the Advanced Sessions plugin; though I have not found any differences using the advanced session node rather that the default one.
