AI is not moving ONLY in Standalone game

I have an AI that runs a simple behavior try. It is just a Move To that has the enemy run to the hero character. In simulate and viewport play, works exactly as intended. However, when I play in a stand alone game, the AI stands still when spawned. The AI spawns one at a time and collides with nothing except maybe its spawner and the landscape.

What is different about about Standalone from simulation and playing in the viewport gameplay that would cause my AI to not move?
