Not sure what this issue is, but for a while it seems that whenever I try to create a new Unreal Engine project, the process seems to lag. I can see that in the countdown, as the Megabytes are being downloaded, the number keeps fluctuating back and forth, like its stuck.
It happens when trying to create a project with Unreal Engine 4.13 and 4.14, but it only does this with the free projects that are available for download from the Epic Game Launcher’s Learn menu.
