same problem and I tried deleting C:\Users[Your Computer Name]\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine but still the same. I’m using win10 and 4.14.1. Tried using 4.2.1 and same result. I think it’s the problem of mylaptop but I just don’t know how to fix it. Hope I can get some answers here.
