Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

[Closed] Colored lights on edge of screen

Sometimes in a scene I have colored lights appearing on the edge of the screen. This happens from time to time, even in scenes that only contain a directional + skylight. I have had this happen on multiple computers, however all of them run an AMD RX480 graphics card.

Hi BrokenInglish,

This has been documented already in this post: https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/538102/emissive-colours-bleed-into-viewport.html

I added the information about this occurring in the viewport in a private comment to the devs in this Ticket: https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-39945

However, we were already aware of this information and have a JIRA for it as well here:https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-39437

Your case was different (cascade window) and needed a separate report.

I'm closing this post as a duplicate in order to keep the AnswerHub more organized.
