How to include UWidget in UE4 4.13

I can’t seem to be able to use this class anymore in 4.13. I was planning on creating a widget instance through C++ code via

UPROPERTY(EditDefaultsOnly, BlueprintReadOnly, Category = UI)
TSubclassOf<UUserWidget> WidgetTemplate;
 
UPROPERTY()
UUserWidget* WidgetInstance;

But I can’t access UWidget::UUserWidget. I tried adding PrivateDependencyModuleNames.AddRange(new string[] { "Slate", "SlateCore", "UMG" }); in my Project.Build.cs file to no avail. I also added #include "UMG.h" but it still doesn’t work. Any help?
