When I enable "Light Complexity" or "Stacionary Light Overlap" after "Quad Overdraw" ghost (?) wireframe still visible

I don’t know how describe this bug.

How to reproduce this bug:

1.Open any project.

2.Select “Quad Overdraw” in View Mode.

3.Select “Light Complexity” or “Stacionary Light Overlap”.
