Hey there, I’ve just downloaded Paragon and whenever I hit the launch button for Paragon it shows the Paragon symbol on the screen and then crashes.

There appears to be an issue with an attempt to from / write to a memory address. Depending on where you installed the game, it may be unable to find certain files or certain files may not have been installed properly. Please use the cog icon next to Launch and select the Verify option to ensure all of the necessary files are present. You may also want to try installing the game to a new location (such as the desktop). If you are still getting a crash on load, please check your DXDiag to make sure your machine meets the recommended specs for Paragon (Kostenlose Paragon-Inhalte im Wert von 17.000.000 USD - Unreal Engine) ?

I have closed the other post in order to focus attention for the issue here. You mentioned attempting to verify the game and reinstalling it. Can you provide your DXDiag for additional information?
Hey , I’ve checked my DXDiag and I found that my can run the game.
BTW I’ve faced the same problem when I downloaded a game called H1Z1 but later I fixed it by founding some files getting deleted (the files were placed in the AppData-local folder) whenever I press launch for it and now I guess its the same problem
