Patch & DLC for console

Hi.

I have been reading posts regarding Patch & DLCs.
I have found from this link Patch and DLC support - Platform & Builds - Epic Developer Community Forums
that patch and dlc only works on desktop platforms.
It was an old post… so is UE4 4.14 support patch and dlc for ps4 consoles now?!
If it does, is there any tutorial for DLC rather than UE4 wiki one?
