Royalties on VR Arcade In House Games

I’ve read the EULA, FAQ and forum searches, but I haven’t got a clear answer on this.

If I were to open a VR Arcade (if I win the lottery) and have people pay say, $10 per play of a VR game I made for MY arcade and no one else’s, would I have to pay a royalty on each $10 transaction? (So basically 50 cents every time someone played it)

I’ve searched for the word arcade in the 2016 EULA and there’s no more mention of it. There used to be a “coin-operated arcade” mention but it’s gone.

I think for something like that you need to request a Custom licensing arrangement.
Custom Licensing Request

They have simplified the agreement for general use down to…
“you’ll need to track gross revenue and pay a 5% royalty on that amount after the first $3000 per game per calendar quarter.”

It removes any confusion/issues developing from the “form” of transaction, but doesn’t consider instances where multiple different titles would be the cause.

In that case, yes there would be a royalty on the price to pay the game; that’s the game’s revenue.
