DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine

Hi, I have just downloaded Unreal Engine and When I try to launch it, it says ‘DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine.’ I checked my DirectX version and it says 11.2. I don’t what is the problem and how to solve it, so please help me solving this thing. Here is a snipped pic of my dxdiag. Oh, and I do not know very much about computers, so please tell me in easy words. If you need any more information about my laptop, please tell me down below.

Thank you.

I really hope someone can answer this.
I ran into this problem trying to run projects in a VM.

No matter what I checked or unchecked (including all of the DirectX options) and updating to the most recent DirectX available - I was still getting an error mentioning the same when I tried to run the resulting exe.

Hello and Looniper,

This could be related to your Graphics Card and/or Display Driver. Could you provide the .txt file that is generated from hitting the “Save All Information…” button in that dxdiag window? It’s possible that your graphics card does not support DirectX 10 or that your display driver is out of date.

On a side note, although this wouldn’t cause this issue, you may need to look into using a computer with more RAM as 4 GB is rather low for operating UE4.

Is this the thing which you were asking for??

Thank you for that information, . From looking at the dxdiag information, you don’t seem to have a dedicated graphics card and are using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Unfortunately you won’t be able to run the editor with this display adapter. Please refer to this page for our recommended specifications for running the editor.
