Multimonitor VR fullscreen issue
When using ATI Eyefinity / NVIDIA surround monitor spanning, enabling bUseDesktopResolutionForFullscreen=True & FullscreenMode=0 does not correctly create a fullscreen spanned application, however setting FullscreenMode=1 works correctly. As an example, my monitor setup is 2048 x 768 across 2 monitors, however, fullscreen mode changes this 1920 x 1080 on each monitor (my monitors max res), this results in duplicated VR rendering on each monitor (4 viewports).
To replicate, enable Eyefinity/Surround and set the above settings in GameUserSettings.ini and launch.
