Does UV Line Trace information not work with Skeletal meshes

UVs from skeletal meshes after a line trace is always 0.0 but it works correctly with static meshes. Is this a bug or an unimplemented feature?

That’s correct, getting UV Information does not work with Skeletal Meshes.
