Why dosen't RealEngine 4.14 start?I click launch i says please wait and nothing,it just goes to Launch again

i click launch,it says please wait after a few seconds it goes back to the launch option,i’ve waited for 5 minutes and it still dosen’t launch,it keeps looping the same thing,i’ve tried to restart the program,even my computer and it still doesent work.Can you help?
