Create GUID in editor creates partial GUID's

If you create a GUID as a property in a blueprint, and then set it with the Generate option in the dropdown next to it, only the first set of numbers in rthe GUID are set.

E.g. {487B9298-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}

The rest are set to Zero?

4.21 still has this problem… 7 versions later…

I was not able to recreate this issue in a blank project.
But I’m curious how to, we’re getting hashing collisions in our project and if it’s related to the system time part of the GUID not creating It would be a big win for us.
