MICROSOFT_UWP_UNREAL can't GenerateProjectFiles

i down source code from this link https://github.com/MICROSOFT-XBOX-ATG/MICROSOFT_UWP_UNREAL with GitHub on PC.
i can run setup.bat without any error. but when i run GenerateProjectFiles.bat
i receive this…
How can i fix it? I use VS 2015. Thank so much

Hi WindyStrife,

Unfortunately the UWP version of Unreal Engine 4 is not a version that Epic Staff provide support for. If you are running into any issues with that version, you would need to create a new issue post on Microsoft’s repository for that version on GitHub.
