How can I get the DetourCrowdAiController to "not avoid" a specific actor?

I’m using the DetourCrowdAiController on my AI characters, which works fine. But I need some of them to get close to another ai character which uses detour too, and it seem the 1st actor is trying to avoid and go to its target at the same time, which makes it flicker like crazy.

Is there a way to disable detouring for a target actor, while still detour around every one else?
